Capt AwanishKumar Chaudhary
Capt Awanish Kumar Chaudhary is an alumnus of the 17th Naval Engineering Course. He was commissioned in the Electrical Branch of the Indian Navy on 01 Jan 2005. The officer during his career in the Indian Navy has tenanted appointments onboard Indian Naval Ships INS Delhi, INS Mysore and INS Vikramaditya. In addition, the officer has served as Instructor at INS Valsura and tenanted staff appointment at HQATVP and WESEE. The officer has completed MBA from IIM Lucknow, MTech (Computer Science and Engineering) from IIT Kanpur and PhD from IIM Lucknow. He has also undergone Technical Management Course from Naval War College, Goa. The officer is an avid runner and a fitness enthusiast. He is married to Dr Shweta, a Periodontist and has two sons.
