Warship Production Superintendent Conclave Held at Kolkata

Warship Production Superintendent Conclave was held at Kolkata on 03 May 2018. The event was attended by all Warship and Submarine Production Superintendents, Officer in-Charge of Warship Overseeing Teams (WOT) and was presided by Vice Admiral DM Deshpande, Controller Warship Production and Acquisition. Various issues pertaining to process improvement in shipbuilding overseeing to increase throughput at Shipbuilding Yards were discussed. The event also enabled all WOTs to share specific challenges faced by Shipyards and measures required to overcome the same towards timely delivery of ships.
