Tri Services Ex-servicemen Employment Seminar Cum Job Fair, organized under the auspices of DGR

A landmark event, Tri Services Ex-servicemen Employment Seminar Cum Job Fair, organized under the auspices of DGR, took place in Visakhapatnam on 17 Dec 2023. The event witnessed an overwhelming response with over 1400 ex-servicemen from Indian Army, Indian Air force and Indian Navy actively enrolling to explore diverse employment opportunities presented at Job Fair. With active participation of numerous Corporate firms, Job Fair showcased a broad spectrum of job offers across various sectors, extending a multitude of vacancies tailored for the proficient ex-servicemen. The primary objective of this Employment Seminar and Job Fair was to bring together Ex-servicemen (ESM) hailing from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Odisha and West Bengal providing them a platform to seek re-employment opportunities with potential employers. During course of event, interviews and screenings were conducted, opening avenues for ex-servicemen to secure positions ranging from Senior Supervisors, Mid/ Senior level Managers to Strategic Planners, and Project Directors. Additionally, participating companies also presented innovative Entrepreneurship models, fostering an environment of diversified opportunities. Cmde Vivek I Hotti, Director, Regional Centre, ECHS graced the occasion as Chief Guest, inaugurating Job Fair. The event was meticulously organized by ENC, ensuring a seamless and productive interaction between employers and veteran community.
