Navy Open Laser Championship Held at Karwar

25 sailboats with 34 participants from Mumbai, Goa, Visakhapatnam and Kochi participated in the Navy Open Laser Standard and Laser Bahia Championship 2018 conducted at Indian Naval Watermanship Training Centre (INWTC), Karwar from 12 to 17 February 2018. The event conducted annually under the aegis of Yachting Association of India and Indian Naval Sailing Association is aimed at honing sailing skills of participants and inculcate a spirit of adventure. Sonu Jatav, H II from INWTC (Mumbai) won the Laser Standard while RK Sharma, SEA I and Satyam Rangad, SEA I also from INWTC (Mumbai) were the winning crew of Laser Bahia.
