National Flag Hoisted on various Islands on the East and West coast of India

Towards commemorating the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Indian Navy will be hoisting the National Flag on 75 Islands of India from 13 to 15 August 2021. On 13 August 2021, the National Flag was hoisted on various Islands on the East and West coast of India, which included Campbell Bay, Great Nicobar in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Kavaratti in the Lakshadweep and Minicoy Islands and Anjadip Island off Karwar Naval Base. The flag hoisting was virtually attended by the Hon'ble Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh.
