Ms Kaamya Karthikeyan Summits Mt. Lobuche East

Ms Kaamya Karthikeyan, a 16-year-old class XII student at Navy Children School NCS, Mumbai, summited the 6,113 m high Mt. Lobuche East in Nepal on 18 April 2024, as part of her acclimatisation to summit Mt. Everest next month. This is her sixth successful summit of peaks over 6,000 m altitude. She is accompanied by her father, Commander S Karthikeyan in the expedition.
