Last Rites Of Marine Commando performed at Vizianagaram with full Military Honours

The last rites of Chandaka Govind, Petty Officer (CD) who lost his life in a training accident at Panagarh on 05 April 2023, were performed with full military honours at his residence in village Parla, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. The late sailor was a Marine Commando and Clearance Diver appointed at INS Karna, Visakhapatnam. Family members, relatives of late sailor, thousands of villagers from nearby areas, Indian Navy personnel including Commanding Officer INS Karna and other personnel of his unit and ENC paid homage to braveheart. Wreaths was laid on behalf of CNS, FOCINC ENC and Commanding Officer, INS Karna.
