INS Tarangini Visits Port Le Havre, France

INS Tarangini is on a visit to Port of Le Havre, France as part of her seven-month long voyage themed ‘Sailing through Different Oceans and Uniting Nations’. The ship is under a maintenance period at Le Havre. Apart from undertaking maintenance activities, the ship celebrated India’s 72nd Independence Day on 15 August 2018. Coincidentally 15 August is celebrated as Assumption Day in France and most other European countries. A large number of locals visited the ship on this auspicious day. The ship is likely to depart Le Havre on 24 August 2018 for Cadiz, Spain.
