Hon’ble Raksha Mantri Visits INS Parundu and INS Kattabomman

The Hon’ble Raksha Mantri Smt Nirmala Sitharaman visited INS Parundu and INS Kattabomman on 31 January 2018. The Raksha Mantri was received by Vice Admiral Karmbir Singh PVSM, AVSM, Flag Officer Commanding-in- Chief Eastern Naval Command at INS Parundu. She was briefed on the activities undertaken by the unit and interacted with officers and sailors during her maiden visit to the air station.

The Hon’ble RM also visited INS Kattabomman and was briefed on the activities of the unit and interacted with officers and sailors during the walk around.
