Felicitation Ceremony at Navy Children School, Goa

Student achievers, dedicated teachers and support staff of Navy Children School, Goa were felicitated by Rear Admiral Philipose G Pynumootil, Flag Officer Commanding Goa Area on 29 June 2021. Students who excelled in various National level events were felicitated at the event. Mayank Yadav, Krishang Joshi and Tanishq Bhatnagar of Class IX have won Toycathon 2021, for developing an app based game on Indian scientists. Ahana Sangui of Class IX stood second at Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan organised by NCERT in association with Vijnana Bharati and Vigyan Prasar. Abhinav Kumar Pandey of Class X topped Goa in National Talent Search Exam NTSE; and Shikhar Chandra, Antriksh Rastogi and Sayantani Dutta ranked among first fifteen positions. Shaurya Rana was selected for INSPIRE award by Department of Science and Technology. Rear Admiral Philipose congratulated the students and teachers on their outstanding achievements, and said that the dedicated efforts of teachers and children despite challenges imposed by COVID pandemic have been praiseworthy.
