Blood Donation Camp at Karanja.

INS Tunir, in collaboration with DY Patil Hospital, organised a Blood Donation Camp on 30 April 2024 to commemorate its 50th Anniversary. 138 volunteers donated blood at the camp inaugurated by Surgeon Rear Admiral Anupam Kapur, CMO WNC. In addition, an e-Poster competition on the theme ‘Blood Donation’ was held for school children and the winners felicitated by the Chief Guest. Blood Bank of DY Patil Hospital has committed to provide blood to Indian Navy patients whenever the need arises.
