Annual Logistics Conference – 23

Annual Logistics Conference 2023 ALC themed “Strengthening Maritime Supply Chain Resilience” was held from 05 - 06 Feb 2024 at Kochi. The two day conference was inaugurated by FOCINC SNC and chaired by COL. During the conference, logistics imperatives and enablers for operational and maintenance issues of naval assets were deliberated in line with Ships First approach. A special session on Shipbuilding and Equipment Life Cycle Management was held during second day of the conference and attended by CMD HSL and senior echelons of major OEMs such as M/s Elgi Sauer, MTU India, Cummins India, Rochem Separations and Alfa Laval. The ALC-23 was the maiden ALC wherein all stakeholders involved in acquisition, maintenance and disposal of equipment were brought together to address the problem of data capture of spares of equipment for better life-cycle support.
