‘Vipassana Anapana’ Orientation Course at INS Shivaji

A ‘Vipassana Anapana’ Orientation course, with the aim to promote practice of meditation amongst service personnel and families was organised at INS Shivaji on 07 May 2018. Over 800 personnel including families participated in the course conducted by MITRA, a Pune based NGO. The objective of the course is to assist in all round mental, academic and personality development through regular practice of Anapana meditation.
