Trekking-cum- Adventure Camp Organised for Defence Civilians, INS Kalinga

A Trekking-cum- Adventure Camp was undertaken by Defence Civilians of INS Kalinga at the Jindhagada Peak on 24 and 25 January 2020. 26 Defence Civilians of the unit participated in the camp, which involved a road journey of 130 kms followed by a trek of 8 kms to the summit and an overnight camp. The team also participated in Yoga and Cleanup drive at the venue. The Jindhagada Peak (5540 ft) is the highest peak of the Eastern Ghats and is located in the Araku Valley.
