Cycle Expedition for Coastal Security Awareness

Ten personnel from Gujarat Naval Area participated in 394 kms long cycle expedition from INS Dwarka, Okha to Khukri War Memorial at Diu from 03 to 06 December 2019. The event aimed to spread awareness amongst the local population about the importance of Coastal Security and the role that common citizens can play towards the same. They also spoke about the immense contribution made by the Officers and men of INS Khukri, who sacrificed their lives  in the 1971 Indo Pak War.
