Passing Out of Gunnery Instructor (Indian) Course at  INS Dronacharya, Kochi

22 Gunnery Instructors, including 18 from the Indian Navy and four from the Indian Coast Guard, graduated from INS Dronacharya on successful completion of 12 weeks Gunnery Instructor Course on 20 September 2019. The parade was reviewed by the Training Captain, INS Dronacharya. During the course, selected sailors were trained on small arms handling, weapon and sensor system, ceremonials. In addition, an attachment to NIETT to expose them to instructional techniques was also undertaken. The Dronacharya Trophy for the Best GI was awarded to Kamble Avinash Madhukar, U/NVK (QA). Book prizes for standing First in Order of Merit for GI (W) and GI (S) were awarded to Bintu, LS (GW) and Potti Naresh, LS (GS) respectively.
