Andaman and Nicobar Command Celebrates 5th International Day of Yoga - 2019

As part of IDY 2019, Andaman and Nicobar Command (ANC) organised yoga sessions at four locations on 20 and 21 June 2019. The main event of the celebrations was led by Sadhguru, Founder, Isha Foundation and yoga instructors from Isha Hatha Yoga School, Coimbatore on board the first indigenously built Floating Dock of the Indian Navy (FDN-2) on 21 June 2019. The Yoga session was attended by C-in-C ANC, First Lady of the Union Territory of Andaman Nicobar Islands, Mrs Chitra Joshi, President DWWA and personnel and families of the Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force and Indian Coast Guard posted at ANC.
