Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Naval Command Hosts Lunch for Members of Navy Foundation

As part of Navy Week 2018 activities, a lunch for the Naval Veterans was hosted by Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Naval Command on 24 November 2018 at Naval Base Kochi. The event was attended by a large number of retired officers along with their spouses. The event was also utilised to present an update on major naval activities undertaken by the Command, which highlighted the SAR and disaster relief operations carried out during Op Sahayam (post Cyclone Ockhi) and Op Madad (post Kerala floods) in particular.
