Expedition to Mt Jogin I & III

A 14 member team (including 03 women Officers) undertook an expedition to Mt Jogin I and III in the Gangotri Region (Uttrakhand) from 03 - 23 May 16. The team has successfully summited both the peaks on 17 May 16 (Jogin III) and 19 May 16 (Jogin I). The success wipes out the failure of 2012 attempt on same peak and also gives a triumphant start to the ambitious 2016 Mountaineering calendar leading to the Mt Everest mission 2017.
