Mumbai to Leh Indian Navy Outreach Car Rally Flagged Off - ‘Surf to Snow’ - Day 1

As part of Western Naval Command Golden Jubilee Celebrations, a car rally themed ‘Surf to Snow’, from Mumbai to Leh and back, covering over 6,000 kms, was flagged off on 03 May 2018 from Naval Dockyard, Mumbai. 30 personnel from Naval Dockyard, comprising officers, sailors and civilians, will participate in four different legs of the rally, which aims to connect with the people enroute and carry out outreach activities over a period of 30 days. In addition, the rally aims to provide an opportunity for team building and camaraderie amongst the participants.
