4th Indian Navy – Vietnam People's Navy Staff Talks

The Vietnam People's Navy delegation called on Vice Admiral MS Pawar, Deputy Chief of the Naval Staff on 17 December 2019 and held discussions related to important maritime engagements which included operations, training and technical cooperation. Further, 4th Indian Navy – Vietnam People's Navy (VPN) Staff Talks co-chaired by Rear Admiral Atul Anand, Assistant Chief of Naval Staff (Foreign Cooperation & Intelligence) & Rear Admiral Nguyen The Tot, Deputy Chief of Staff, VPN were also held at New Delhi on 16 December 2019. Discussions included issues related to bilateral exercises, training interaction, technical cooperation, Hydrography and exchange of High Level visits.
