Kargil Vijay Diwas Celebrations, Indian Naval Ships Chennai and Mumbai were Open to Visitors on 27 July 2019

As part of Kargil Vijay Diwas Celebrations, IN Ships Chennai and Mumbai were open to visitors on 27 July 2019. Over 7,500 people visited the ships and interacted with the crew, despite incessant rains. The patriotic fervour and enthusiasm amongst the people were at full display, as they braved the wet weather to interact with the naval personnel and take a closer look at the cutting edge technology of the modern warships.
