Passing Out Parade of Long ‘Gunnery’ (Indian) Course Held at INS Dronacharya

27 officers from the Indian Navy and two officers from the Indian Coast Guard successfully completed the Long Gunnery Course and passed out at a Passing Out Parade held at INS Dronacharya on 03 May 2019. The parade, reviewed by Commanding Officer INS Dronacharya, marked the culmination of 11 months of intensive training on various facets of Gunnery and Missile warfare, as well as naval Fleet Tactics. Lieutenant Commander Ved Prakash Verma was awarded the CNS Trophy and Shivaji Trophy for best overall performance in the course and for standing second in the order of merit respectively. Lieutenant Commander Debashish Sunil Roy Choudhary was awarded VCNS Trophy for standing first in the overall order of merit.
