Commanders' Conclave Held at NWC, Goa

The second edition of the Commanders’ Conclave, attended by the Chief of the Naval Staff and Naval Commanders-in-Chief, was conducted at the Naval War College, Goa on 15 October 2018. The Navy’s top leadership and participants of the 31st Naval Higher Command Course brainstormed important issues across the spectrum of operations, force structuring, maintenance and human resources development with a view to honing fighting efficiency and combat readiness.
