CME Trainee Officers Visit NBCD School

Jointmanship 19 officers, undergoing the Basic Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear defence course at the College of Military Engineering, Pune visited the NBCD School on 02 August 2018 as part of the Joint Services Annual Training Programme. During the visit, the officers were exposed to ship based NBCD aspects through Damage Control, Fire Fighting and NBC training facilities. An exercise was also conducted in the Citadel Complex ‘Avinash’ which demonstrated the complexities faced by naval personnel onboard ships, while dealing with NBC threats.
