Army Red Wins Inter Services Volleyball Championship

The Indian Navy, Army Red, Army Green and Indian Air Force teams participated in the 67th Inter Services Volleyball championship 2017-18 at Naval Base, Kochi from 30 October to 02 November 2017 with an aim to select the Services Team for the forthcoming Senior National Volleyball Championship 2017-18. Army Red emerged as winners and the Indian Navy runners up in the championship conducted on a league cum knock out basis. Rear Admiral R J Nadkarni, VSM, Chief of Staff, Southern Naval Command, the chief guest for the finals, presented medals to members of the winners and runners up teams and the Services Volleyball Trophy for the Year 2017-18 to the Army Red team.
