SNC Undertakes Diving Operations to Provide Assistance in Flood Affected Areas at Alleppey

Based on request received from District Administration, six diving teams consisting of five members each were deployed at Alleppey for undertaking rescue and relief operations due to flooding experienced in low lying areas. The teams were able to reach many inundated low lying areas and offered assistance. In addition, a Dornier sortie was launched for search of missing fishing boat 'Farhana' based on request received from Lakshadweep Administration.
