162 Medical Assistant  Pass Out from Soma, Mumbai

162 Medical Assistants including 24 international students (21 from Sri Lanka, two from Philippines and one from Nigeria), participated in a Valedictory Function conducted at the School of Medical Assistants on 23 June 2018. The trainees pursuing Part-I Diploma course in various paramedical specialisations had undergone a range of theoretical, practical and simulation based training covering various specialisations. 113 trainees had chosen to pursue a 2 year Paramedical Diploma, recognised by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. The course included the first batch of 35 Nursing Assistants from the Indian Army. Surgeon Rear Admiral Ravi Kalra, Commanding Officer INHS Asvini felicitated the trainees and wished them the best in their future endeavours.
