WNC celebrates 2018 as Golden Jubilee Year.

The year 2018 is being celebrated as Golden Jubilee Year of the Western Naval Command. As part of the celebrations, a special cleanliness and beautification drive themed 'Ab Swachhata Ki Baari, Hum Sabki Zimmedari' would continue through the year, which includes enhancing cleanliness standards in work areas, industrial zones, operational and residential areas and focuses on removal and disposal of scrap, industrial waste, garbage, cotton waste and debris. The drive is aimed to generate awareness towards prevent littering, promote concepts such as reduce-reuse-recycle, waste segregation, upkeep of buildings, facilities and areas.
