7th Indian Navy - Japan Maritime Self Defence Force (JMSDF) Staff Talks

The 7th Indian Navy - Japan Maritime Self Defence Force (JMSDF) Staff Talks were held at New Delhi from 29 to 31 January 2018. The talks were led by Rear Admiral Dhiren Vig, Assistant Chief of the Naval Staff (Foreign Cooperation and Intelligence) from the Indian Navy and by Rear Admiral Ryo Sakai, DG Operations and Plans from the JMSDF. A wide range of bilateral Navy-to- Navy issues of mutual interest were discussed during the Staff Talks. The JMSDF delegation also called on the Deputy Chief of Naval Staff during their visit.
