2nd Indian Navy - Vietnam Peoples Navy Staff Talks

The 2nd Indian Navy  (IN) - Vietnam Peoples Navy (VPN) Staff Talks was conducted from 18 to 19 December 2017 at New Delhi.  R Adm Dhiren Vig,  ACNS (FCI ) led the IN delegation while the VPN side was represented by R Adm Hoang Hong Ha, Dy C-in-C, VPN.

A wide range of bilateral navy- to-navy issues of mutual interest were discussed during the Staff Talks.

The VPN delegation also called on Vice Admiral SN Ghormade, AVSM, NM, Director General Naval Operations on 19 December 2017.
