Vietnam People's Navy staff talks held at Hai Phong, Vietnam from 17-19 May 16

The mainden Navy Staff Talks were held at Hai Phong, Vietnam from 17-19 May 2016. Rear Admiral Dhiren Vig, ACNS(FCI) co-chaired the staff Talks with Rear Admiral Pham Xuan Diep, Deputy Cdr-in-Chief and Chief of Staff of VPN.

The major issues discussed were cooperation in the field of training , submirine cooperation , hydrography cooperation , support to VPN for repairs of VPN ships, cooperation in the field of aviation, training and sharing of white shipping information.
