valedictory Function of 9th ITSC(O) Course

A Valedictory function to commemorate the passing out of 9th ITSC(O) course (70.1432) was organised at INS Valsura on 12 Jan 19. A total of 09 Officers (05 from Indian Navy, 02 from Indian Coast Guard and 02 from Sri Lankan Navy) have successfully completed the course.The 2nd Compendium of Technical Papers authored by the course was also released during the event.
