Facial Yoga is a specialized form of Yoga that helps firm up and tone the fifty seven facial muscles. These muscles yield eighty five different expressions and toning them up gives a glowing, youthful and chiselled face that enhances a personâs self confidence. These days, people work hard on their health and fitness to attain a toned, muscular body. But they often neglect their own face that eventually gets creased with time. A youthful look can be retained for long through regular facial exercises, which prevent the onset of facial lines and sagging skin.
