Inter Flotilla Rowing Regatta and Pulling Championship - Indian Naval Academy

The finals of the Inter Flotilla Rowing Regatta and Pulling Championship was conducted on 18 February 2018 at Indian Naval Academy (INA). 228 trainees from the two Flotillas participated in eight different categories, which included rowing and pulling over a distance of two kms in Kavvayi backwaters in Coxed 4, Coxed 8 class rowing boats and whaler pulling.

Flotilla One, comprising Achiever, Braveheart and Cheetah squadrons emerged victors in the Inter Flotilla Rowing Regatta and Pulling Championship. The event, which assesses team dynamics, cohesion, resilience, endurance and morale of the teams, was witnessed by the trainees, instructors and families. Vice Admiral SV Bhokare, Commandant INA, presented the trophies and individual prizes to the winners.

Cadets of Flotilla One, comprising of Acheiver, Braveheart and Cheetah Squadrons
