Vice Adm AB Singh, FOC-in-C ENC Reviews Indigenous Aircraft Carrier Vikrant at Kochi

Vice Admiral Ajendra Bahadur Singh, FOCINC, ENC called on Vice Admiral AK Chawla, FOCINC, SNC on 20 September 2021. During the visit to Kochi, Vice Admiral AB Singh visited India's first Indigenous Aircraft Carrier 'Vikrant' and interacted with the crew of the ship, the Warship Overseeing Team and other senior officials of Cochin Shipyard Ltd CSL. He was briefed on the efforts underway towards early commissioning of the Aircraft Carrier. 'Vikrant' had undertaken maiden sea trials last month. The Flag Officer also visited Naval Aircraft Yard and various schools/ establishments at Naval Base Kochi, including his alma mater - Navigation & Direction School.
