Swarnim Vijay Varsh Celebrations, Webcast 18 June 2021

As part of Swarnim Vijay Varsh celebrations, the WNC is conducting a webcast on 18 June 2021 to commemorate Indian Navy’s role in the 1971 War for Liberation of Bangladesh. This event will be in two parts. In the first part, young members of the naval community will recreate different operations of the 1971 war and bring them alive. In the second part, war veterans Commodore M Bhada, Commodore SN Singh, Captain SS Sethi and Commander VP Kapil will recount their war experiences in discussion with Commodore Srikant B Kesnur, Officer in Charge Naval History Project, and also interact with the viewers.
