Swarnim Vijay Varsh Celebrations at Rajahmundry

The Victory Flame of Swarnim Vijay Varsh commemorating the 50th anniversary of the victory of the 1971 War, arrived at Rajahmundry in a military convoy from ENC on 07 September 2021. The Victory Flame was received at Late Sepoy Ravi Prasad Circle at Rajahmundry by ZSB Officer and Ex-Servicemen who escorted it to felicitation venue at Hotel River Bay in a motorcycle rally. The Victory Flame was handed over to Gallantry Awardees of 1971 War in presence of Captain VSC Rao from ENC. Later, the Gallantry Award winners, Veterans and their next of kin were felicitated for their glorious service to the nation. The Victory Flame was kept for Public viewing after culmination of the ceremony.
