Student from Sainik School Purulia Visit INS Netaji Subhas at Kolkata

As part of Educational-cum-Motivational tour, 100 cadets from Sainik School Purulia are on a two-day visit to INS Netaji Subhas from 26 April 2018. The cadets were briefed on various facets of the Indian Navy including life at sea and ashore, which was followed by a presentation on various entries and induction procedures. The students interacted with Naval Officer-in-Charge (West Bengal), officers and men and were conducted around various facilities at the station. The cadets also visited Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers, Kolkata, Lascar War Memorial and Indian Museum as part of the tour.
