Ensuring Secure Seas: Indian Maritime Security Strategy-2015 Cover Page

'Freedom to Use the Seas: India's Maritime Military Strategy (2007)' has been revised and replaced by 'Ensuring Secure Seas: Indian Maritime Security Strategy (2015)'. The same was released by the Hon'ble Raksha Mantri Shri Manohar Parrikar at the Naval Commanders Conference on 26 Oct 15.
