Qualified Navigation Instructors (QNI) Course

Four officers of the 3rd Qualified Navigation Instructors (QNI) Course passed out from Observer School, Kochi at a graduation ceremony held on 16 February 2018. During the course, the officers were trained in instructional techniques in various ground subjects and flying procedures. In addition, they were provided in-depth knowledge of tactics and equipment exploitation at various professional schools at Kochi. The officers will serve as ‘Qualified Navigation Instructors’ at the Observer School and subsequently proceed to take up operational assignments in various naval air squadrons. The Chief Guest for the ceremony, Commodore G Prakash, NM, Commanding Officer, INS Venduruthy, awarded the ‘Instructor Torches’ to the passing out QNIs.
