Motor Cycle Rally organised by Goa Naval Area to commemorate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav

Motor Cycle Rally by Goa Naval Area to commemorate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and Diamond Jubilee of Goa Liberation culminated at War Memorial, INS Gomantak on 14 August 2021. Ten riders participated in the ride from Goa to Madikeri and back, and were flagged off on 09 August 2021. At Madikeri, the riders visited Field Marshal Cariappa Memorial, General Thimayya Museum and Sainik School Kodagu. The team also called on Air Marshal KC Nanda Cariappa (Retd), son of Field Marshal KM Cariappa.
