Flag Officer Commanding in Chief, Western Naval Command visited Sea Cadet Corps at TS Jawahar

Flag Officer Commanding in Chief, Western Naval Command visited the Sea Cadet Corps (SCC) at TS Jawahar, Mumbai. He was conducted by Commodore (SCC) and witnessed activities and demonstrations put up by the cadets. The C-in-C interacted with the cadets and appreciated their enthusiasm and discipline. SCC is one of the country's voluntary, non-governmental youth organisations for children between ages 10 to 18 years, and has churned out over 40,000 cadets over nearly eight decades. The students have excelled in a number of diverse fields and professions including Indian Armed Forces and Merchant Marine.
