ENC Health Walk
On the occasion of 'World Health Day' a Health Walk-cum-Nature Trek was organised at Eastern Naval Command (ENC) on 07 April 2018 with an aim to promote physical fitness and well being amongst the naval fraternity. The walk was flagged off by Vice Admiral Karambir Singh, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, ENC in which over 600 personnel including officers, sailors and families participated enthusiastically. The 7.5 kms walk culminated in a beach clean-up drive wherein all participants cleared the beach of litter and plastic waste.
