Donation to Chief Minister's Flood Relief Fund, Kerala

Vice Admiral AK Chawla, AVSM, NM, VSM, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief  (FOC-in-C), Southern Naval Command called on Shri Pinarayi Vijayan, the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Kerala at Thiruvananthapuram on 19 February 2019 and presented him with a cheque of Rs 1,28,48,303/- towards the Chief Minister's Distress Relief fund on behalf the Naval Defence Civilians for rehabilitation of people effected by Kerala floods.

The FOC-in-C also apprised the Chief Minister on the recently conducted Coastal Security Exercise Sea Vigil and the relief work undertaken  by the Command.
