Captain Sachin Dhir Awarded the ‘Navy League Stephan B Luce’ Award at US Naval War College

A Proud moment for India. Captain Sachin Dhir of the Indian Navy was awarded the ‘Navy League Stephan B Luce’ award for graduation first among 151 US and International officers undergoing the senior-level course at the US Naval War College. In addition, he has been awarded the Arleigh A Burke award for academic excellence by an international officer and three essay writing awards, which include the Robert E. Bateman’s International Prize Essay Award, the Daine M. Disney Award, and the Foreign Area Officer Award FAOA.
