Blood Donation Camp organised by INS Rajali as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav

As a part of the ongoing Swarnim Vijay Varsh - 50th Anniversary of 1971 War and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav - the 75th anniversary of India's Independence Celebrations, a Blood Donation Camp was organised by INS Rajali on 10 August 2021 in association with Government Hospital, Walajha, Ranipet District. The Blood Donation Camp inaugurated by Commanding Officer, INS Rajali, witnessed wholehearted participation from service personnel, Defence Security Corps staff, and families. The Commanding Officer interacted with the volunteers and expressed his gratitude. All donors were thoroughly screened maintaining COVID protocols and were presented with certificates as a token of appreciation for donating blood. 82 units of blood were handed over to Dr Sujetha, Medical Officer-in-Charge of Blood Bank Department, Government Hospital, Walajha.
