Avtar Singh MCEL(R), Retd felicitated by the CNS

Admiral Karambir Singh, Chief of the Naval Staff felicitated Avtar Singh MCEL(R), Retd for his stellar contribution to Indian Hockey. As a coach at the prestigious Surjit Academy, which gave the Indian Hockey Team 9 players, he was instrumental in India winning bronze medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
