Aircraft Production Review Meeting at Naval Aircraft Yard (Kochi)

The second Aircraft Production Review Meeting (APRM) - 2019 was inaugurated by Vice Admiral AK Chawla AVSM, NM, VSM, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Naval Command, in the presence of Rear Admiral VM Doss, VSM, ACNS (Air Materiel) at Kochi on 09 December 2019.

The event hosted by Naval Aircraft Yard (Kochi) is focused on the theme of ‘Enhanced Combat Worthiness of Air Assets.’ The APRM is a conclave that deliberates a wide range of air technical issues, aimed at improving efficiency of aircraft and component repairs, to achieve optimum combat worthiness of air assets in frontline units. Discussions were also held on the thrust areas of indigenisation, training and co-ordination with various HAL divisions.
